David Parmley & Continental Divide are world-renown Bluegrass and Gospel performers with strong ties to the local DC/Northern Virginia scene: David Parmley was a founding member of the Bluegrass Cardinals, an influential Virginia-based band. Since that time, David has developed into one of the most recognizable vocalists performing in Bluegrass today. An impressive combination of vocal and instrumental prowess has garnered David Parmley and Continental Divide many honors, including IBMA’s coveted “Emerging Artist of the Year” award in 1995.
