Winter Membership Campaign Drawing
(February 11-24, 2012)
MECHANICS:
WAMU’s Bluegrass Country is giving away a prize package (valued at $560.00 USD) between 8 AM Saturday, February 11 and 8 PM, Friday, February 24, 2012.
- A 4-pack of general admission passes to all four days of Merlefest: April 26-29, 2012 on the campus of Wilkes Community College in Wilkesboro, NC.
Any person 18 years of age or older may enter at bluegrasscountry.org, or by calling 877-448-2242.
SPECIFIC RULES:
- This contest is open to legal residents of the United States and its territories, possessions and commonwealths, who are 18 years of age or older.
- A financial contribution is not required to enter the drawing.
- Only one entry per person allowed.
- Each entry must provide full name, and valid means of contact information. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- Submission of an entry constitutes permission for WAMU’s Bluegrass Country to contact the listener after the completion of the campaign for Bluegrass Country-related purposes.
- In the event the initial winner declines the prize, another name will be drawn from the remaining entries until a winner accepts.
- No cash substitution is permitted.
- All taxes or any other costs incurred as a result of accepting this prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- Employees of American University and their immediate family members (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, domestic partner or spouse of any American University employee, regardless of where they live) are ineligible to win.
- The prize winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and publicity and must present a valid form of identification noting name, address, city/state/ZIP and date of birth.
- The prize winner must claim the prize within 30 days of the date of notification. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days from the date of notification, it is considered forfeited and becomes the property of WAMU’s Bluegrass Country and American University.
- The decision of WAMU 88.5 FM management is final and binding in regard to all WAMU’s Bluegrass Country contest prizes. WAMU’s Bluegrass Country reserves the right to make changes to the rules of this contest without prior notice.
