1. How do I register?
Click the registration link under the “Listen Now” section of every page.
On the registration page, enter your desired username and your e-mail address, then click Register. (Double-check your e-mail address to make sure it is correct! Without a correct address, you won’t be able to login.)
2. How do I login for the first time?
If you have successfully registered, you will receive an e-mail from wordpress@bluegrasscountry.org. It contains your username, your password, and a link to the login page.
Click the link in the e-mail to get to the login page.
Your username and password are case sensitive, so be careful to type them in exactly as they appear (you might even want to copy and paste them from the e-mail to help avoid any errors) when you’re logging in.
3. I don’t see the Bluegrass Country homepage when I login.
When you login, you’ll see your profile page. You can change your e-mail and password preferences here. The link back to the home page is at the top of the page. It looks like this: (View site )
4. I don’t see the listen links.
If you don’t see the listen links under “Listen Now” reload or refresh the page. If you have successfully logged in and still don’t see the links, clear your browser cache.
5. I registered but have not received my password.
If you have registered, you should receive an e-mail within a few minutes with your username, password, and a link to the login page.
The e-mail will be from wordpress@bluegrasscountry.org. If after a few minutes you do not see an e-mail from wordpress@bluegrasscountry.org check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
6. I forgot my password.
Go to the login page.
Click the “Lost your password?” link.
Enter your username and e-mail address. Usernames are case sensitive so be sure to enter it exactly as you did when you registered. Click “Get New Password.”
You will receive an email to confirm that you want to reset your password. Click the reset link.
After a few minutes, you will receive a second email that contains your username, new password, and a link to the login page.
7. I’m still having problems logging in.
Usually the culprit is your web browser. Clear your browser cache and delete your browser cookies.
Step by step instructions for clearing your browser cache are here.
Also, make sure that your browser isn’t blocking our cookies. Check your computer and browser privacy settings. If you have a firewall, make sure that isn’t blocking cookies as well.
