Learn about the origins of “Copper Kettle,” “Gospel Plow,” “Handsome Molly,” “Milk Cow Blues,” “Polly Vaughn,” and “The Waves on the Sea.” There are also a number of songs with Civil War themes and some interesting world music parallels to bluegrass.
