We continue to play recent bluegrass at the beginning of the show. Later we talk to Lisa Fuglie and Matt Thompson of Monroe Crossing. They play some of Lisa’s songs and talk about the inspiration for the songs. On our Gem of Bluegrass, we focus on Bluegrass banjo playing, the melody notes and the “extra” notes.
