Tune in for a big serving of Jimmy Martin songs this week! Former Sunny Mountain Boys J. D. Crowe, Doyle Lawson and Paul Williams got together a few years ago, along with Ben and Sonya Isaacs, Cia Cherryholmes and Ron Stewart, to record twelve bluegrass gospel classics originally recorded with Jimmy Martin. These new recordings have been on the shelf for a few years but have been newly released by the fine folks at Mountain Home Records for us to enjoy. We’ll get J. D., Doyle and Paul to open our old hymns at the top of the third hour with the 1892 gospel number “Lord, I’m Coming Home” from the new CD so you can sing along. Immerse yourself in these special numbers this week.
